Shipping
We ship via USPS, EMS, DHL, and other reliable carriers. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.
Delivery typically takes 12–15 business days. During peak seasons, orders may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you updated.
Please double-check your shipping address and zip code before checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. For customs clearance, there are usually no extra fees, so you don't need to worry about pickup issues.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. At checkout, you'll see your complete order total — including shipping and any applicable fees — in your selected currency. The total you pay at checkout is final. No additional charges will be due on delivery (unless the Canadian customer who specifically requested expedited shipping).
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original packaging and tags must be included.
- Please contact our customer service before returning any item. Do not send items back without approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.
